Studio M' | Kohiki Tea Cup

The KOHIKI (powdering white clay for make-ups) produces a soft feeling. The brush stroke finish will give individual subtle charms to each item. 

The clay they use gets a little uneven after fired, and as a result the served rice won’t adhere to the surface of the cup very much. The a bit rough surface gives a warm feeling of the baked clay and fits your hand comfortably.

• There will be inevitable color differences, unevenness, and misalignment on the glaze
• Light pink marks may appear on the surface of the tableware due to the oxidation of a component in the base clay during firing. Each piece has a unique pattern of these light pink marks, making it one-of-a-kind
• Crazing may appear on the glaze due to shrinkage differences, but it doesn't affect the tableware's use or indicate damage
