Sori Yanagi was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1915. His father, Soetsu Yanagi started “Mingei (Japanese folk art)” promotion, which valued hand-crafted art of ordinary people and discovered beauty in everyday ordinary objects. Soetsu also helped to establish the Nihon Mingeikan, the Folk Crafts Museum of Japan.

INFORMATION
- Please do not use it for anything other than meals.
- When using it for the first time, wash it thoroughly with a sponge etc. using dish detergent and rinse thoroughly.
- Leaving the product contaminated with salt, acid, etc. or storing it in a humid place may cause rust.
- After use, wash immediately and wipe off moisture.
- When polishing, apply a commercially available stainless steel cleaner or cream cleanser to a dry soft cloth and polish. Rinse thoroughly afterwards.
- When polishing, the abrasive particles contained may leave scratches on the surface, so test it on an inconspicuous area before polishing.
