吉田直嗣

Born in Shizuoka in 1976. A ceramist based in Shizuoka. Studied under the ceramist Taizo Kuroda. After becoming independent, he mainly created black works characterized by beautiful forms and deep tones. In recent years, his white porcelain, with its unique texture, has attracted attention. His iron-glazed white porcelain is his original style, representing a fusion of black and white.
