Brewing Suggestion

warm the teapot with boiling water

add 6g of tea for a 150ml teapot

brew with 90°C water for 35 seconds

adjust the brewing time to your taste, enjoy 5–8 infusions

sip slowly and enjoy the tea as its flavors unfold

finish with a longer steep using boiling water to reveal the tea's lingering sweetness
