Kohiki pottery is slightly porous and naturally develops unique marks over time; before first use, soak it in rice water for at least 2 hours to help reduce staining.

Water marks after washing are a natural characteristic and will fade as the pottery dries. Wash with mild detergent, dry thoroughly, and store in a dry place.

Do not use in microwave, oven and dishwasher. Rapid change in temperature and impacts may cause cracks on the surface.

Each piece is handmade, so there might be small black spots, glaze drips, or differences in glaze color, size, shape. These natural variations make each item unique.

Handle with care to avoid chips and cracks.
