Songs from the Pantry : A Seasonal Tasting with Sake Pairing | Featuring the Tableware of Fuminari Araga

Hosted by songs from the pantry in collaboration with our gallery, this evening brings together seasonal food, curated sake, and Japanese ceramics.

The dinner features works by Kyoto ceramic artist Fuminari Araga. At our gallery, we believe ceramics are meant to be used, not only admired. Each course is served on Araga's handcrafted kohiki vessels, allowing guests to experience how handmade ceramics become part of the meal. Curated sake pairings are served in Kimura Glass, chosen to complement each pour.

Through food, sake, and ceramics, we hope to share how everyday objects can enrich the dining experience. Guests are invited to view the collection throughout the evening and discover the beauty of ceramics in use.

The experience includes five seasonal courses, three curated sake pairings, and a finishing cold brew tea.
